Customer Support

With EKART Courier, you will never really need to contact customer support. All your needs are addressed via self-serve options available on the website. Customer support will not be able to help with any of these options. Self-serve options are:

  • Booking a new door-step courier pick-up at a time slot that is convenient to you
  • Track your package (via the tracking bar at the top of every page)
  • Rescheduling a door-step pick-up slot on a previously scheduled pick-up (via the My Account page)
  • Cancel a scheduled pick-up (via the My Account page)
  • Cancel a pick-up that is in-transit, but not yet delivered. The courier is returned to the pick-up location (via the My Account page)
  • Provide your bank account details for easy and quick refunds in case something goes wrong (and we really hope nothing does, but life is full of surprises!)

Customer support will not help you with:

  • Booking a new door-step courier pick-up (though they can guide you while you do it on your own online)
  • Rescheduling or cancelling a pick-up or a courier that is in transit (though they can guide you while you do it on your own online)
  • Finding the answer to Life, the Universe and Everything - it’s 42, by the way
  • Doing your homework, solve for world peace or propose to the man (or woman) of your dreams!

However, in the rare event you do want to contact customer support, we offer two options:

Call: 1800 208 1888 (Toll Free); between 8 am and 11 pm (IST) on Monday-Friday, and between 10 am and 7 pm (IST) on Saturday-Sunday.

Provide us with as many details as possible when you mail us. If you are enquiring about an existing shipment, it’s important to provide the correct tracking number (beginning with FLSH) for faster resolution. You will receive a response within a one working day.

In case of an unsatisfactory resolution, write to escalations@ekartcourier.com and we will review your case within three working days.
